For meetings that recur, not just for the one big day

A meeting rarely keeps exactly to its schedule. We match delivery time and dishes so that a postponed session throws nothing off: no meat gone cold, no wilted salad.

We deliver so that the conference room is a conference room again afterwards: kept warm in closed containers, handed over at the door instead of served in the middle of a presentation.

Vegetarian, vegan or an intolerance is not an exception for a recurring office appointment but part of the enquiry from the start.

Can you also deliver at short notice for a meeting set up on the spur of the moment?

We answer every enquiry within 48 hours. Whether delivery at very short notice is possible depends on the day and the quantity. If we have free capacity, delivery four days ahead is still doable. It is best to ask directly, even for very short-notice appointments.

Do you automatically include vegetarian, vegan and allergy-friendly options?

Yes. When you enquire, we actively ask about diets and intolerances instead of leaving it to chance. With changing meeting participants, this is not an exception but standard.

What happens if nobody in the office has time to set up the catering?

For appointments without your own staff on site, our service team can be booked and takes care of set-up, plating and teardown, so nobody in the building is pulled away from the actual meeting.

We order regularly. What should we state in our enquiry?

Tell us how often you order and for how many people. That way we plan menu, quantities and delivery times for several appointments together with you, instead of settling each order individually.

Do you also deliver outside Frankfurt, for example to Eschborn or Offenbach?

We are based in the Taunus near Kronberg and deliver to companies in the Rhein-Main area. There is no fixed delivery area, and even another federal state is possible; however, the transport effort and time involved grow with distance. Simply ask about your location, without obligation.
