What is the difference between party service and catering?

In practice the two terms overlap a lot. Party service is often associated with delivery only, catering with larger, more formal occasions. For your private celebration in Frankfurt, Fine Bites gives you a menu that suits the occasion, with a service team that stays on site instead of just delivering.

Do you only deliver the food, or do you also take care of the service?

Both are possible. If you wish, our team takes care of set-up, serving during the celebration and teardown afterwards, including tableware and the necessary equipment. We agree together with you what exactly is included before the quote.

Are staff, travel and equipment included in the quote, or do they come later?

We list these items individually in the quote instead of sending them after you have said yes. That way you see in advance what you are paying for, and we can clarify with you what your celebration actually needs.

Does your team also clear up after the celebration?

When our service team is on site, teardown of tableware, furniture and equipment is part of the schedule. You do not have to deal with it yourself the next morning.

How many waiters or service staff do I need for my celebration?

That depends on guest count, schedule and venue, and there is no flat ratio. As a guide we plan with one service person per 25 to 30 guests, but we always match the exact team size to your specific celebration before you confirm anything.

Do you also provide party catering for a milestone birthday?

Yes. Milestone birthdays are one of the most common occasions we are booked for, at home as well as in a hired room. Whether finger food for the reception, a buffet or a seated dinner suits better depends on the schedule and the room. We clarify that with you before the quote.
