What sets a trade fair stand apart from any other event

A trade fair stand is not an event space: the planning works differently.

There is usually no kitchen connection at the stand and little floor space, but fixed time slots. We deliver ready to serve and work to your hall's times, not the other way round.

Before the fair Delivered ready to serve and set up within your set-up time. No cooking at the stand. Delivery usually has to be registered 24 to 72 hours beforehand, five to seven days for large fairs. You, as the client, request the day pass from the fair.
During the fair days Two rhythms, separated in time. Stand staff: breakfast and lunch. Visitors: finger food and flying buffet during client conversations.
After the fair On request, a reception at the bar in the evening after the fair closes, then teardown within your teardown time.

Can you deliver even though our stand has no kitchen connection?

Yes. Trade fair catering is designed for exactly that: finger food and flying buffet are delivered ready to serve and looked after at the stand by our staff, with no cooking on site.

Do you also cater for our stand staff, not just the visitors?

Yes, breakfast and lunch for your team are part of what we offer and can be planned over several fair days, kept separate in timing from the offer for visitors.

How does delivery work during the fair's set-up and teardown times?

We agree delivery, set-up and teardown in advance with your stand builder and the hall's time slots. Delivery usually has to be registered 24 to 72 hours beforehand, and five to seven days beforehand for large fairs or tightly regulated hall logistics. We agree the exact arrangements with you, binding, before the date.

Do you also offer catering for individual trade fairs such as Techtextil?

Our service is aimed at exhibitors at any trade fair in Frankfurt and the Rhein-Main area, whatever the event is called. Tell us the fair, stand size and dates, and we will tailor the concept to them.

How late can I still enquire about trade fair catering?

The earlier you share stand size, fair days and guest numbers, the more options stay open; if capacity allows, something is still possible even a week beforehand. Either way, you will hear back within 48 hours of every enquiry.
